A Classic One from Our Pollies but "Who's Copying Who?"

In 2003, the exact same speech is being read by then Australian PM, Howard, and the Canadian Opposition Leader in their respective parliaments two days apart. Of course the obvious conclusion is that the Canak copied the Aussie, or, could it be it was scripted out of Washington? Who knows? But the reality of it is that it's just more evidence of the sloppy homework job the various "allied nations" did in the lead up to the Iraq war.
